What do you like best?
It is easy to use when it is working. You can text or call from your computer making things work faster.

It is always down and has a lot of glitches. The company has to send out "working on dialpad issues" frequently

What do you dislike?
Consistent small bugs/issues/glitches/slowdowns but typically not "real isues". Stupid issues that something like exiting and re-opening the app helps or maybe it's just "a bad day" in the dialpad network. At the end of the day though these issues are never deal breakers and we're still able to place and make calls.

It's nice to be able to go back into the helpdesk call queu and review calls.

I like having everything I need in one area

It is difficult to do conference calls and calls often drop when doing a conference call.

They have a help bar in the app that really helps when confused

The accessibility I have to my voicemail and the user-friendly Dialpad Contact Center.

There is nothing I dislike about it. Overall, it's wonderful.

I love the HubSpot integration and the easily searchable history/notes.

Every once in a while it will glitch, but it is usually resolved quickly.
