Ability to split the app and website into "productivity categories", and also able to have different configuration between each team group. The reporting dashboard is cool and a lot of metrics that can be exported too!

No ability to clear the completed / old tasks within a project. No ability to quickly switch between tracking time & private time on the tracking app like other competitors. The app usually hung up for a while 20-30s before I can use the app in the morning.

Should configure the productivity app & website periodically, so you will have the precise reporting.

This software has enabled us to cut down on "lost" employee time, saving us resources and administrative time.

There's very little to dislike. Perhaps some of the reports could have more in depth detail.

Do it, definitely worth the minimal cost.

Time periods that are nonproductive are identified, making it easier to analyze what we need to do to eliminate these down times.

What are the best aspects of this product?

With this tool, team leaders, managers as well as employers are able to know exactly how each of the employee spend their time at work. It's easier to determine problems whenever an employee's performance is declining. Generally, Desktime is an efficient time tracking tool that helps its users figure out how they can make the most of their time at work and become more productive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't find any cons. We are using this tool for tracking time, documents, projects, and apps and it does its job pretty well. It works on desktop and mobile devices so it's possible to still oversee the team even when I'm not in the office.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

No more wasted working hours. We are able to know how each employee spends each hour at work. Generally, it has given us more control on how the team members use their time. We can now ensure that the goals are accomplished in a timely manner.

We are able to maximize time and improve productivity. I like how this solution gives its users control over how employees should spend their time at work. So we can be sure that all tasks and projects are accomplished on time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Desktime is by far the best tool for managing projects and tracking time. No complaint.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using the solution, we had a hard time meeting quotas. We have poor team collaboration and wasting too much time. Desktime has helped us overcome these problems. Right now, it's an essential tool in the company that help ensure that the target or goals have been met.
