What do you like best?
I like that is is easy to use and sends step by step instructions.
What do you dislike?
That once something is complete it does not go to another tab its all in the same location. Also, that deleting items is hard.

What do you like best?
It is so helpful for reviewing things and for seeing where something needs to be changed in order to get approval. Being able to see the previous versions also helped track when changes were made and explained why/when they changed. This was especially helpful in a more regulated environment so our compliance team could not only check the messaging or packaging being distributed, but also have an official "sign off" log for approvals.
What do you dislike?
When an item was added to a review that already had files in it, the person reviewing will not get notified so a new review has to be created every time. Other options are to add all of the files at the same time into the same review, but it defeats the purpose of having a review of a set of documents if you're unable to efficiently add a new file later. Our company eventually had so many problems with that that we had to put our subscription on hold as it just wasn't efficient for our use. If they update that bug within their system it would be a huge benefit to all users and the company I worked for would still use that service.

If you're not needing to add files to the same review at a later date, the software will work perfectly for your organization.

It helped streamline how our review process for documents should be. The ability to log a document, circle/highlight/comment and then add new/updated versions for the final approval or rejection was a huge benefit and kept all of that important information in one place.
