What are the best aspects of this product?

Delivra is user friendly platform that allows me to format and rearrange email list easily. When I don’t have time to create my own design templates I use the templates directly from this platform and my emails are ready to go. I love the interaction from the employees, they helped me with every single step, and they are always available for any questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When I started using Delivra I found out that it is a bit harder to format certain aspects of the message such as social media buttons, because they do not appear exactly on both Desktop and Mobile display.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We updated our customer mail lists and we managed to import them directly into the Delivra platform. We are able to update the list each month and we are ensured that our emails go directly into our customers’ inbox.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The system is easy to use and very intuitive. You can easily upload contents and make it look more professionally. You get reports, and they will show you the number of people who are opening and clicking on the email you have sent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to keep the color palette and to use on other layouts. I don’t like to play the guessing game when it comes to choosing the background colors we use for our emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Delivra helps us to interact with our employees, we don’t need to wait for relayed messages. The interaction is quick and successful. We also use the SMS feature to stay in touch with our employees.

What are the best aspects of this product?

User friendly software. The creation of email templates is interesting and very easy to set up. Delivra offers great drag-and-drop feature so we can build our emails and we can even change the layout easily without losing the whole process and starting over again.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t have any dislikes by now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Delivra helps us to solve the problem of interaction between our members. Email marketing is great tool to keep in touch with our clients, members and customers and present them important information. We have professional looking email and we get great response from our members.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Delivra is easy to set up, offers constant improvements and all these improvements made Delivra easier to run. You can find lots of videos, webinars and how-to trainings that will help you to customize the changes. You have various opportunities to increase your email marketing strategies without changing the email marketing software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel like we don't use the full potential of the software

We have a method to follow up trends and show leads and other prospects that are viewed by salespeople. Delivra helps us to stay in touch with our customers on a regular basis and to present our products even if they haven’t ordered from us in a while.

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Delivra I can have an easy access to my contact list in a most meaningful way. I can target prospect contacts and record metrics for my marketing strategies. Its support team is excellent and responsive. They are always friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We love the drip campaigns, and this allows us to keep track on everyone who is active in our lists, so we can clean our contact lists and make more significant interactions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot text-wrap when I create emails. I use the drag and drop feature but I always waste my time in trying to manage the length of my email text. I faced some issues when I try to manage our segments. I would like to see an option where I can have an access of every contact in each segment and the ability to manage those segments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Delivra to send emails of our newsletters and invitations for upcoming events.
