I have an old list of my customers that we did not contact for a few months as we simply did not have the right product to offer. Now, we do. Before I mailed them, I trusted DeBounce that they would validate my addresses - and they failed. The result was that I lost all my credibility I had with my email sender - credibility that took years to build. Now, when checking with DeBounce they write "Thanks for contacting us.GMX and WEB.DE emails are very hard to validate. Most of the email validation tools cannot validate bulk emails from these providers. We have addressed this issue on our deliverability guarantee page: debounce.... (Trustpilot writes "Sorry, we don't allow links in reviews, so please edit your review."The reason is, WEB.DE and GMX deactivate inactive accounts after couple of weeks and the bounce rate for these domains are relatively high.It is suggested to send emails to the small batches or mix the emails with other emails to lower the bounce rate. It is not suggested to send bulk emails to 200K WEBDE emails at once."I just wish they had not hidden such valuable advice in their fine print but told me in the communications we shared before we mailed. At the end of the day, DeBounce will serve as a perfect poster model in my business lecture events to explain how NOT to do it.

Trash api down for 8 hours, dont trust themEdit: and these guys are dumbs as rocks, deleted everything in social media about the downtime, even in their status page.DONT TRUST THEM, TRASH COMPANYEdit2: nah, dont lie, in your status page there was an incident post with text an everything and now is gone, just the red indicator without further clarification, so it says "no incident in the past 30 days" which is a lieThe log of the downtime is not public so what is the point you are making? You are liars and you didn't communicate at all the downtime while the sh_t was down

I have used it twice and below are my issues. I got more bounces than I expected from the safe to send list it delivered to me.I didn't like that it removed the name in the CSV file and I had to cut, past, match and then remove the not safe ones. If I use the service that comes with my email provider is is much easier.I went to add a list and it said I had to wait 7 hours to submit because of so many using the system that was very negitive.
