Cudoo is without a doubt the worst attempt at teaching language skills i have come across.My wife bought this for a xmas gift for me as I was trying to learn Spanish online but after getting through the first few sections of the course i find they are riddled with spelling errors,total lack of translations and wrong options to the question answers.Do not buy this if learning Spanish is your aim.anything on this course can be got for free on Youtube and much better explained.
I learned the bare minimum for what i wanted, only to find out I paid for less than an hours worth of a course that had no higher level to learn anything else.
I finished the active listening course. Before you buy, the description says 7 hours to complete. This is a 2 hour reading course at most and you can google all the information. I would not suggest paying 24.99 for this course.
How do I get my refund. I can’t get off the home page. It will not take me to my course or anything else. The password is ridiculous as well.
Signed up for the Sign Language course through a New York Times post. After redeeming the code on cudoo.com, I never got any sort of email to login. I try to Reset the password, no email (not in spam box either). Have emailed cudoo but no response back. How do I get my money back?
