WRITE A REVIEWUnfortunately for a company so closely associated with Bullhorn, they simply fail to deliver. The product is clunky and often doesn't pull through the data accurately. On top of this, their customer service is about as poor as it gets and when you come to the end of your contract there is no real desire to keep you as a client. A real shame as it could be so good but my advice is stay away as there are far better alternatives out there! The issue with SaaS companies is everyone thinks because it is technology, that good old fasioned customer service can go out of the window!

Because of the visuality and simplicity of the tool on the user side it is easy to implement and it helps triggering users to take care of the database behind Cube19 because they a) want to be competitive and b) can use these stats to map out their own career and milestones easily.
What do you dislike?
As an admin changing the group structure has to become easier than what it currently is. Additionally, from a Data Analyst point Cube19 is often limited when trying to cross-reference multiple metrics. It seems more like a Sales Analysis tool rather than a Business Analysis tool. Great for sales! With room for improvement from a holistic business view.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Generally, it helps if you have a clear goal of what you want to achieve with the usage of this tool. If you want it to be of maximum value, get everyone involved and communicate openly what you want to focus on. If everybody is aware then you have the best chances.
Furthermore, I recommend to create a (or multiple) target(s) on the business level and let that trigger down to the team and individual targets so each individual can see their contribution to the bigger picture (company goals, vision, etc.).
Be sure you are very clear on how you want your business to be set up as it can become a struggle to move about the group set up on here.

One of our main struggles was to get people using the system and give people clarity on how they fit into the bigger picture and contribute to success of the business as a whole.
OneView gives management and consultants a quick and easy summary of individual and team performances. And if the data there is not available it is because it is not in the system. We were able to increase our CRM usage while at the same time give more accessibility and knowledge to management and individual consultants.
What do you like best?
One of the thing I most like regarding Cube19 is that I can have an exact track of my activity for the month or for a specific time, and compare with others.
Having a track record of the company activities can definitely help us to improve ourself to aim for better and thanks to Cube19 we are able to do it.

the fact that I can't cross results with other peoples inside the company in the same page

What do you like best?
I liked how easy it is to pull-up the information you need, whether it was last week's numbers or last year and how you can customize the report to show weekly or daily, or if it need to show the amount or the unique count. You can also save the report that you always need, so the next time you need it, it'll just be one-click away, saving you time.
What do you dislike?
There's nothing to dislike but if there's one thing I can recommend that they include is, adding the individual employees (tagged as "Owner" on our end) when saving the report. Right now, regardless if you filter the owner before you save the report, the owners are reverted back to "All" when you pull the report again, prompting you to filter it again. Other than that, everything else is good.

Based on my personal experience, It's a user-friendly and time-saver tool. I can't say that this will work for you too but it's worth a try.
