What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how user-friendly this tool is, as well as how affordable it is. I can rely on it to help me out not just with marketing the properties I ahve, but also in collecting the rent. It has really helped me fully utilize and grow the investments I put into my properties, and has really improved how I managed them so now I earn a profit from them. I no longer look at property management as something tedious but rather as something that I can enjoy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that one area where they can really improve is with customer service. They could really do so much more when it comes to customer satisfaction. Other than that, I don't think I have anything to complain about when it comes to this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has really helped my clients feel confident about my management. The tool automates a lot of things, and helps me solve problems quickly even if I'm working remotely, and that has really improved my relationship with my tenants.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cozy covered all that a landlord needs to handle all tenants from payment collection to screening down to tracking tenants' requests and so forth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Payments take a while but not if you add more to the pay.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Except for the need to pay ahead of time, it has made the process of handling all my tenant simple and easy.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I don’t have to travel every day to oversee the status of my rental properties. Cozy gives me all the essential information to quickly assess the situation without being physically present at the site. It helps me make sensible decisions that matter in my line of work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope that they would consider giving property managers like me discounts on rental estimates. I find the rates quite steep, primarily if the property is near schools, hospitals, and other commercial spaces.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I only use one application to get things done. Cozy is a multi-purpose app that works like my personal assistant. There are less paperwork and less hassle to be more efficient in running my business.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m handling multiple properties, and Cozy helps me balance my workload, which I appreciate very much. I get to accommodate more clients and cater to their requests on time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Paying the rental through the app is convenient, but using your credit card will cost more money. Clients don’t want the extra fee because 2.75 percent is somehow expensive for most people.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m saving so much time using Cozy because I don’t have to travel to different banks anymore to cash out check payments. I can enter the bank details via Cozy, and it will encash on the said due date.

What are the best aspects of this product?

My job requires me to look over several apartments and homes that are for rent. It is essential to take good care of these structures to look for qualified tenants so that we could earn good money out of our investments. I like using Cozy because it helps me put up advertisements on several websites specializing in rental properties. I am also assured that 90 percent of rentals are being collected on or before the due date.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, Cozy has been working well on my end that I've never had any issues with it. I am grateful that they have an excellent customer service team that works hard to deliver excellent service to clients like me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I feel more equipped in my job as a property manager. With Cozy, I find it easier to accomplish specific tasks and responsibilities like maintenance repairs and rent collection.
