What are the best aspects of this product?
Coupa offers a fast track and a win-win solution for our employees and clients. Requests are made in real-time, and approvals can be done using your mobile phone. Also, employees love it because of its attractive looking and easy to use interface.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Currently, I can say that Coupa is working perfectly in the office. All requests and reports are being processed smoothly. Plus most of the suppliers are happy with the new system, so I guess that Coupa is doing a commendable job.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Buying office supplies has never been this easy. I like Coupa so much because transacting with multiple suppliers is now made smoother. I now seldom experience any significant problems that are related to procurement.

What are the best aspects of this product?
When Coupa first came, I was quite hesitant to give it a try. However, I was surprised because I was able to adapt to it in less than one day. I can easily place orders to our suppliers online and vice versa.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have anything bad to say about the product. It's well developed and ready to use by every type of business. So far, I haven't encountered any issues; it may sound unreal, but its the truth.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Ther is no more complex purchase process and approvals to deal with. Coupa makes procurement so easy and simplified in many ways. It also promotes open communication between our company and the suppliers that leads to better business relationships.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I was using a different platform for procurement before Coupa. I find Coupa very user-friendly plus, it is easy to integrate it with several third-party applications within the same platform. I think that will be a loyal customer of this product for a very long time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm having some issues regarding a few modules that are included in the platform. I've raised concerns with regards to fixed assets, and support told me that they are trying to fix things on the backend. Sometimes I do struggle with managing inventory, but I'm finding ways to cope with it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Upon implementation of Coupa, I slowly made changes to our current processes. I got rid of manual procurement requests and made sure that everything is done through the platform. It's easier to manage plus we no longer encounter issues about lost or misplaced documents. I'm glad that most employees appreciate this change.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I am relatively new to Coupa so I can say that I am still learning more about the product. I want to thank them for training us on how the product works. I was able to analyze the benefits of transitioning into Coupa and how it affects our industry. I also had an opportunity to meet long time clients and heard about their experiences with Coupa.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A lot of employees, including me, are struggling to learn the program. I'm happy that the company offered training classes, but it would be best if they divide it into two. One for the newbies or entry-level and the other type would be for those who are already familiar with Coupa.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
In our industry, I always spend so much time looking for new suppliers that can help us produce a top-notch product. All of these are made possible by Coupa where all processes are universal, systematic and creates harmony with all employees and clients.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the way Coupa is designed because it's smart and easy to figure out. Most of our employees are using it to procure office items and expedite the process and I'm getting a lot of positive feedback in return. With Coupa, department heads can place direct online orders to our suppliers but Procurement will always have the last say depending on the cost, quality, quality and other additional factors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Coupa needs to work harder to improve their reporting features. I want reports to be complete, concise, and accurate, but for me to get all the information that I need I still have to pull up several resources to get the exact numbers. Manual report extraction takes me a lot of time to finish because I have to make sure that the numbers that I'm generating are correct and updated. Also, I wish that Coupa's support team can look into incorporating analytics into their reporting features. It's not only me, but there are hundreds of companies that depend on trend analysis to monitor their expenses and loans. Lastly, it would be great if almost all reporting sites can have the same dropdown features so, it would be easier for us to compare costs and supplier performance which would be very much appreciated.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Although I’ve mentioned that I’m having multiple issues with their reporting site on a positive note, I would like to thank Coupa for providing us visibility with our numbers that allow us to share this information with our stakeholders. I want to share that we haven’t done this before because our previous procurement platform doesn’t allow us to pull up reports. We have to use a third-party application to generate our running expenditures. Despite its flaws, I am happy that Coupa is responsible for bringing in positive changes in our company.
