What do you like best?
All the information was in one place and it was all collected fairly correctly
What do you dislike?
There were too many graphics components that slowed everything down and the intervals of the data did not make sense
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are better analytics soft-wares out there but they might not be as cheap as this one. It is good for initial use when starting a company but as soon as you can you should switch.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Using it to track analytics for customers using our app platform. The only benefit is that is was fairly accurate

I'm relatively new to countly, but I found a really comprehensive statistics software for my mobile application.
The panel looks fantastic and the server is open source too.

to much IOS oriented, poor documentation for android platform

Improve my apps by learning better how the peolple use the apps.
What do you like best?
We appreciated the minimal size of the library and its open source nature. Keeping the APK small it's important and in our experience no one does better than Countly.
What do you dislike?
We missed some important metrics like cohort and the possibility to study the events. We tried to install Countly on a private server but due to performance problem we were finally forced to stop it. Also, the premium options were too expensive for us (over 2 MAU

We developed an android launcher. With Countly we managed to understand the get some very important data about our users without impacting in any visible way on the UX.

Easy to find and understand anayltics, real-time data

A bit heavy on the server requirements, only supports limited set of systems

Dashboard UX is not as polished as more expensive solutions but it's certainly sufficient for collecting metrics
