What do you like best?
The lady that contacted me to do the demo spent a generous amount of time answering my questions.
What do you dislike?
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You have to prove to them when you have a bigger list that you have at least 20% Open rate which is impossible and unrealistic when your email marketing ends up on the gmail promotions folder.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DO NOT waste your time and money with this company, there are many others similar to them and more affordable too.

This is the most ridiculous email marketing company ever! The lady at the customer service chat named Courtney was unprofessional and even deleted my account even though I showed her many screenshots of my sales on mailchimp. RUDE! Will take my business elsewhere!
What do you like best?
The Wordpress plugin makes it easy to integrate the sign up forms on my posts, pages, blog sidebar. Unfortunately, being unable to import my mailchimp list to convertkit, it is useless.
What do you dislike?
Their support is not helpful at all. After assuring me that moving from mailchimp to convertikit was "easy" and that "We'll get it working for you! :)" they refused to help when I ran into problems. They moved 171 subscribers but refused to move the whole list of 918 subscribers. Instead, they referred me to their so-called experts who want $500+ to develop a marketing strategy(which I don't even want) after wasting a week of my time.

I recently transitioned from Mailchimp to Convertkit as they seemed to be very promising in terms of automation.When I transferred all my contacts to Convertkit, they locked my account and first wanted proof. This is actually very good as nobody likes spam. But it took about 4 days until they unlocked my account. Customer support was very slow and I wasn't able to send out a few important emails.Yesterday my account got locked again. They have a Gumroad integration, which you need to be careful with. Without warning or more information, clicking on one button will import all of your Gumroad contacts, locking your account again. I immediately contacted them to undo this and unlocking my account.Today is the launch of a big sale that we've been working towards for months and now I'm unable to send out any emails because my account is locked again. They customer support is slow and they do not care at all for the work of their costumer.As I pay enough, I was hoping for better support and not getting locked out so much. I cannot rely on Convert and it's for sure not helping my business!I would not recommend Convertkit to anymore. It's a big mistake of me to sign up with them.
We were collecting a lead through a form we created on ConvertKit. All of a sudden, they shut down our account. Now we can't even export all of our contacts we collected through the form anymore. We've paid thousands of $ on paid ads to get the leads and they didn't give us a choice to export them. There is a lot of email service providers such as GetResponse, Aweber so on and so forth. Avoid them at all costs otherwise, you will be wasting a lot of money and time. I really hope you won't make the same mistake we did.
I started to use before 2 days and while was going through and trying some of the features as broadcasting my account was closed. Actually I have just succeed to sent 1 empty mail to one of my personal mails and they shut me down. Now I have to write and ask them why.But as a read the other reviews obviously this is one of their main problem. I really doubt to use them even they unlock my account. It seems that you cannot rely on them. What if they stop your business and your losing money because of it. And after if you agree with their terms why the hell it is needed to close your account for checking?!
