Ich habe das 24 Stunden Programm erworben, aber nur ein Link für die Verwaltung meines Kontos und, trotz Nachfragen, kein Link zum Öffnen des Programms erhalten. Schließlich kam die Nachricht, die Gültigkeit des Programms sei abgelaufen., obwohl ich das Programm nicht eine Minute genutzt habe / nutzen konnte.

If you want to convert an audio file, save your money. It acts like it can do it, then you pay for it and as soon as you try to use it, you keep getting a message saying it can't convert to that type of file. I've tried almost every one on the list and NONE OF THEM WORK. Total waste of my money. I want my money back.

I urge every single person to use this company with EXTREME CAUTION. I went on there to get help with converting my jpg text slides into editable pptx files. They said they could and that I needed to pay $8 for 24 hours. I uploaded my files (153 images) and went to do other things while it was supposedly converting. I check back on the progress some minutes later only to be told my 10 MINUTES was up and I couldn't do anything else. Not only that, I later found out the billed me TWICE for the service they never gave me as according to them, I already used up my FREE time. They offer zero help too, I contacted them and they've not responded. I urge you, DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS ON THIS WEBSITE! You will REGRET it! My only option is to do a charge back with my bank which I've already started the process. Whatever you're doing, dealing with this company is not worth the hassle

Without any idea of how your document is stored and used by this company, the conversion from PNG to IA is supposedly done in SVG and I can't get the converted file from anywhere google drive or simple uploading... Waste of time, uncertainty on how your data is used, and at the end no result More than disappointing
