Customer support did not respond to multiple reach-outs between May 27 and June 11, and they now appear to have stopped replying to me completely.We are a software company and were trying to use ConvertAPI to convert PDFs into Powerpoint documents.The only issue we had with their service was that the fonts embedded in our PDFs were not being used in the converted Powerpoint. I was told that normally you have to pay 300 EUR a month (a much higher plan than we otherwise need) to upload fonts, but that in my case they would add our two fonts on their "next system update" This was on May 27th. I continued to follow-up for the next two weeks asking for updates and got no responses. Finally on June 11, I was just told it would be installed on their "next system update" but that they couldn't give me any ETA. I pressed them on this because we are a software company trying to launch a feature, and needed some idea of the time frame. And so far I've gotten zero responses back from their support team.Now we are probably going to have to switch to a different service. I would have rather they just told me "no" originally, as we've now wasted time integrating with their service and will have to rip it out and start over.

We were looking for a solution that converts DOCX files to PDF generated by our nodejs system. Of the various platforms tested, ConvertApi was one of the few that maintained the document's fidelity, although the generated file is excessively large, therefore, only 4 stars.

Very useful and fast library. A little bit overpriced, but the diversity of services they offer is worth it

Great service and a very powerful API, saved me a lot of time messing around creating a custom solution. Live support is very useful as well.

We have been using ConvertAPI for over two years. During this time, we have converted over 100,000 documents via this service. We successfully convert all the documents that our company needs via ConvertAPI. We find the API very successful and fast. It performs invoicing and other financial services successfully with a credit card at acceptable pricing. We are happy that our support requests mostly respond on the same day.
