I love that you are able to access statistics from your messages. You can see how many people opened your message, clicked through your message, and much more. My organization utilizes Constant Contact to promote stakeholder engagement.

There aren’t any features that I dislike.

Great for sending out mass messages to an audience.

We are able to monitor stakeholder interaction and make data driven decisions.

I like that I can create templates of my own and use templates that have been created as well. I also like that it allows me to save lists of many contacts. it also gives me details about how many people have read or opened my emails. how many people actually clicked on links/. which of my contacts inscribed from my emails. That I can schedule my emails to be sent at whatever time I want. I use the platform to cross my insurance clients for other insurance services or policies we offer, I like that after x days of my email being sent out. I can have constant contact send the email out again to people who did not open it the first time. Great feature. I really like it. that we an automate send birthday emails to our clients. that is something we can not do currently with our AMS because it can send on the birthday. it can only send on the birthday month. I can also automate the buying process for our company. So when a client buys something from us we can have constant contact send them in email throughout the whole process. that I can build websites with constant contact and building landing pages to send my clients to.

What I dislike the most is that when I want to put a video on the email. It has to be a video that was posted on a third-party platform like youtube. I would like the feature of having the video play in the email rather than have our clients click on the video to be linked to another page. That my emails that get sent out sometimes go to the junk folder of the insured/client. I think that is an issue that constant contact can not fix. Add more templates. sometimes I spend more time creating images to meet our brand guidelines rather than going in there and changing colors because what I see currently is not appealing to me. Wish the reports were more informative and user friendly to read.

be patient it may take some time to learn but it is great once you have it down. Very cost-efficient. Greate at keeping a client list on the cloud. Great for automating the email process when clients enter your buying workflow. Also great at telling you how many clients actually opened your email and lets you send it again a couple of days after it was first sent to people who did not open it the first time. Recommend highly if you are getting first in email marketing, makes it easy and fun. The things you can do here are endless. You can build a website and landing pages.

That they removed the Google Analytics tracking which use to be a great feature 2 years ago. Hopefully they will bring this feature back because this is now a manual process if you want to track links clicked in your email marketing back to your website and Google Analytics tracking.

use what is easy and best price point something that has all the features you are looking for and customization that you might need! We needed a way to email market, so this was the way to go. This was the best price for what we needed along with the customizations we needed.
