What do you like best?
I love that Conga sign is provided inside of Conga Contracts and we would not have to use a third party provider. The added bonus is that the CEO of Conga came from DocuSign. His expertise can take this product to the next level. I hope he takes the feedback provided from users to ensure his product can me the market changer in the esignature industry. Pricing is an added bonus.
What do you dislike?
Conga Sign is not known in the marketplace. Not well trusted and it needs the tweaks to mirror DocuSign.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the simplicity of Conga Sign and the integration with Conga Contracts. The pricing is an added bonus.
What do you like best?
Templates can be saved to the system for future use. Documents are downloadable. Customizable. Paperless. No need to store physical paper files in my drawers, cabinets, folders, desktop etc. All documents are in central place, easily searchable. Reduction of paper and space, saves time of printing, allows contracts to be executed and reviewed in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike?
If the Internet or system is down, no access to documents. Also, Conga does not always advise of system updates etc, sometimes not able to access the system due to updates. Dislike that there is no real bulk download feature. You have to click and download each document, no way to preview a document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Positioning is creating a unique image in the customers mind that differentiates your product or services from others or competitors. You should ask, what separates your service(s) from other like DocuSign and AdobeSign? What is the key benefit? I am unable to determine, its seems that all do the same, thus redundant.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
No busines problems are being solved with Conga Sign. We are a non profit healthcare company that does not sell any physical product. We enter into contracts with business associates that are primarily executed through Conga Novatus and DocuSign. Many of our business associates are not familiar with Conga Sign, so they use DocuSign or mail in contracts with wet signatures. We were going to purchase this feature, but many of the people we do business with use DocuSign instead.
What do you like best?
It is intuitive and user friendly...and it is affordable.
What do you dislike?
Clients distrust it and most often will not use it (they prefer a competitor); clients cannot figure out how to download the document from the Transaction; we cannot pull a partially-executed document out of an incomplete Transaction; the Transaction will not auto-complete once a record is activated because it does not recognize that an agreement was "wet" signed, sending out confusing reminders weeks after the fact; etc. It needs to look a bit more polished and allow the end user to personalize and save their email messages on the front end rather than on the back end.

This is my company's first foray into digital signature. It is supposed to allow for more efficiency and faster quote-to-cash.
What do you like best?
Great product for merging and producing documents from Salesforce to other platforms.

It is not as user friendly, if you are not fully aware of the product

Helps with mail merges, staff training lists and many different reports.
What do you like best?
The ability for it to integrate with Salesforce with simplicity and automate processes. It also has very powerful omni-channel viewing capabilities and can generate Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HTML email and PDFs for signature. It even allows you to create email templates that can be personalized with changeable custom variables and dynamic fields.
What do you dislike?
More cumbersome approach to field merging, compared to some other document generation and signing software. No ability to add custom notes to a particular document and some limits to the logic that would make it necessary to have some manual edits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you know what you are getting through just using Conga's Sign product compared to their other products. Great tool overall for automation, approvals, and making things easier in Salesforce.

Standardized templates that can be personalized and signed when needed, ability to generate contract PDF documents, invoices, work-orders, automatic reminder & notice email. It also has the highly rated Salesforce Lightning Connection and API support, which is great for our business.
