What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve been using this tool for a few years now, and I can say that Confirmit has helped us improve our operations in the company. For one, it makes data collection a lot less complicated than it is. For you to commit an error with this tool, you’d have to try hard. What I mean to say is that you can easily backpedal on your mistakes and correct them right away. From the information and data that we have gathered through this tool, we have managed to rise above our competition and offer better services than most in our industry. How? This is all thanks to the information we have obtained about what our customers want. We’ve updated our services menu and our performance based on their feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The program intermittently bags down. Although understandable as this can happen from time to time, I hope that the developers would look into this issue so our operations don’t get stalled often. In particular, it is in connection to the servers that often have the longest lag time. We’ve already raised this issue to Confirmit and are now waiting for improvement.

We believe that it is important to get to know our customers, and Confirmit has helped us in this endeavor. We have managed to trim down our menu of services so we can focus on the ones that our customers want. I find the ease of designing questions the best perk of using this platform. I also like the availability of numerous question designing patterns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have poor customer care service. Sometimes, it takes forever to reach their team. Aside from that, their manual is outdated so you may get lost if you follow what’s stated there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Survey designing has become easy and fast with the help of the software. I also appreciate the recent addition to the tool, the excel translation upload. It has made my job even easier and helped me save more time.

Confirmit makes data collecting easier and provides back up for any remove files. The functionality is great, the platform is user-friendly and helps us to be more competitive and to program much faster. We are able to create new functionalities or use its new solutions. We use this product four years and I can tell that this is best tool in the market today. This tool, helps us to be more competitive among our competitors, simply because we know how to use the translation tools. Its functionalities helps us to improve all our performances.

It happens frequently go down, it really affect our business, I can understand that this can happen to any platform. They could improve this functionality. It takes some time to make connection from Confirmit to the server, especially when it comes to database compiles.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think Confirmit beats similar products in its category despite some of the glitches. It may not have the most appealing authoring interface but it does offer features and functionalities for creating a survey that perfectly reflects your goals and your brand. We can customize surveys according to our organization’s need and requirements. It also offers several additional tools like reporting, sample management, panel management, etc. And since the developers constantly update the product, you can expect new valuable tools now and then. But with great features comes steep learning curve.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Confirmit is pricey. It’s not a complete disadvantage because the software does offer powerful tools that justify the cost. But it would not be accessible for individuals and team with budget restrictions. Aside from the cost, some of the features also have some shortcomings. For instance, non-programmer users may find it difficult to navigate the authoring interface. It’s not user-friendly and seems to be designed for programmers. Also, the authoring interface does not work well in leading browsers. An internet explorer is needed to be able to get the most out of it. Last but not least, some features are hard to find.
