What do you like best?
This is the 2nd site that I have used Condo Control and there are services that I really like. I still am having some problems with reports and other capabilities of the software but the Shuvra (Customer Service Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike?
some reports are hard to find. not a lot of options for the residents except for the amenities booking.

very easy to use Can be used for tracking contractors and staff log-in

Generating report - Shuvra showed me how I can filter the reports to the way I want it to be.
Notices - targeted notice depending on the group.
What do you like best?
There are so many great features, it's hard to choose. The Parking permit feature is a great help to us in this particular condo complex. There is very limited visitor parking and the programmable permit section eliminates this by being able to track irregular parking patterns such as a resident using more than one unit number to get extra nights of parking
What do you dislike?
One feature I dislike is not being able to save parcel descriptions for parcel logging and storage. There are just a few basic parcel descriptions like brown box, white envelope, etc...Having a parcel description auto save would make things much easier when retrieving parcels
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried different residential management software such as Building Link and Front desk but Condo Control is by far the best I have used. Very short learning curve for older guards and concierge who may not have much experience with computers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving a number or problems in the areas of visitor parking enforcement and suites that have repetitive occurrences such as noise complaints. We are able to print off reports for administrative action. Also, the search function is fantastic when the need arises to grab information quickly in regards to suite owners/tenants or suspicious visitor vehicle activity
I find Condo Control Central so user friendly because of how fast logging in and out of packages can be so fast! Secondly, residents having to book amenities on their own and knowing the available slots without contacting the concierge makes it so convenient on their side.
I like the site and use it every work day.
