Easy to use once you get going. Simple

I like conceptboard because we work in one place , everyone works remote this allow us active working.

I don't like user experience of this tool to complex for understanding.

What do you like best?
It allows you chat with any of your employee and share idea with him. You can also send images and upload files with your message. It also allows you to make note of any file as it will be eady to remember. You can do any project together and this software helps to save a lot of time.
What do you dislike?
It takes very time to reload and if you leave any tab open and when you open again, it again starts reloading the page. Also there is no feature like calendar management, you cannot mention here any important date or event.

Conceptboard has a very good features like video conferencing, chatting and file sharing. But I got a better tool than this having calendar management and survey responses also so I switched to another software. But still it is a very good tool fulfilled my all the needs as an part of a team.
