Scamming, ThisShitty website took all MY MONEY AND I CAN'T GET REFUND!. OFMG! They won't reply me on Support!

WORST EXPERIENCE. I recently bought a product via CoinPayments but my merchant didn't receive the payment due to unprofessional reason "Timed out". Actually I paid 0.00071567 BTC to my merchant. But due to timed out issue, I requested for refund and CoinPayments refunded me 0.00060251 BTC. They eat my 0.00011316. it was not a big deal, but I just wanted to say they are a big scammers / cheaters. Also, this site is very complicated to use and understand. Don't use this site.

This is a terrible company to do business with and they make it very difficult to get your money back when a problem payment occurs. I have been trying to get my money back for 30 plus days and now they tell me that their policy is no refunds after 30 days. The representative said they sent an email with instructions on how to get a refund. I didn't receive the email and asked for proof of them sending it, Coinpayments.net said Amazon handles their email and their is no way to get the copy. What a bunch of crap! I would recommend avoiding this business.

I tried for several hours over a few nights to get my account verified by attempting to upload the required documents - and be sure that I am totally fine with the concept of uploading these docs. Their system kept rejecting my uploads. I had a long dialogue with customer support - many emails back and forth. In the end, customer support was pretty useless and I simply was unable to open an account so I moved on to a better crypto system.

They may scam you, since they don't offer refunds for timed out/cancelled purchases that does not exceed their high "coin TX fee". So, use it at your own risk when doing small amount transactions with any merchant through their gateway.
