Waiting for 5 days for 2000aus to transfer over and get some b.s. excuse about a system lock stopping it however my other smaller deposits went through straight away wheres my money?

Without any reason CoinJar closed my account and threatened to confiscate all my remaining bitcoin. Here is the email I received...Thank you for getting in touch.I'm sorry to report that CoinJar is unable to provide services to your account.A final chance to withdraw your funds has been granted - to proceed from here, please sign in to your CoinJar once more to withdraw your funds.Please make payments to external digital currency address(es), as we cannot offer transfers via a linked bank account or other means. You have 24 hours to complete this process.Once any remaining funds have been transferred from your CoinJar account, your account will be permanently terminated and made inaccessible. Any future CoinJar accounts set up that are linked to this CoinJar, or involve any associated party will be permanently terminated automatically. Coinjar provided no evidence or explanation except for "suspicion" to restrict my trading; the references they sent with regards to scams did not mention the company with which I am trading. I gave full explanation that I had researched and was confident I was not being scammed. I was being paid weekly on my investments. I have had to set up another wallet and have taken the matter to Austrac. I am appalled at their ability to hold someone's trading at ransom without sound evidence.

Be careful. Never believe coinjar, I did 9k withdraw last 10 days from coinjar app I didn't receive my money and no support no phone line to call .poor financial support team . more than 10 times emailed them and support team just sent me exactly One same sentence" this withdrawal was successful on our end, and the funds are no longer with CoinJar"while the sender must follow up no bank!!
