CodingView.io is a program that allows you to conduct coding interviews online. This program has a few essential characteristics that set it apart from its competitors. The interviewer can record every keystroke the candidate makes, take notes afterwards, and offer the candidate his or her undivided attention. The program also allows for the sharing of drawing boards, which is by far the most efficient way of posing design problems to candidates. On a shared drawing board, the candidate can show their ideas. The software supports over fifteen main computer languages and users may effortlessly switch between them. A candidate's SQL skill can also be tested against a real database. The software takes 0.35 seconds to compile and run, or 2.1 seconds for specific databases to start immediately. Through a single shared link, it also allows for phone coding interviews, on-site interviews, and take-home assignments.
