Marg CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

When it worked, we used Code Two to share our tasks with the office team. It was great being able to sync everyone up to specific sets of tasks. For us it was a simple and efficient way of handling our projects.

Their customer service and support for their product is abysmal. We had to pay for their "support package" and even then they couldn't help us resolve our connectivity issue. The answers they gave were vague and extremely scripted. I walked through the same scripts at least a 4 times before I gave up and looked at another software.

Don't pay for their support package, if you have an in house team for IT they will most likely be able to resolve more issues than Code Two's support team will be able to do for you.

We were sharing tasks with Code Two, it was great when it worked but there were no benefits that other software couldn't match.

This product has a full range of features, comparable to the top end offerings, yet comes in at an incredibly reasonable price point. It's power is attested to by companies such as Facebook using it.

The actual email designer needs improvement. I've abandoned the visual editor completely, because of its quirks, and work straight in the HTML editor. They also don't ensure a framework to ensure greater consistency in display across devices (even if you use the visual editor. I'm not sure how the other offerings perform with relation to this aspect, but it is a real weakness.

Create a spreadsheet to track which features the top vendors offer (e.g. NewOldStamp, CodeTwo, Exclaimer, Xink, Rocketseed, Sigstr. They are very hit-and-miss. I tracked the following: departmental signatures, banner campaigns, campaign scheduling, analytics, visibility while composing, deployment method, compatibility with Office365, server/client side, customisability. None of the vendors had all of the features, so you'll have to decide what you're looking for and find a vendor that fits.

We had one person trying to update email signatures for multiple users, who needed to be at their desk for the update to be performed. Those users were in two separate locations (500 km apart. This saved us a days worth of running around -- each update is performed at the click of a button. It also enabled greater interactivity with the signatures and performance reporting through GA.

Simple to setup custom signatures for different groups in our organization. Applying rules is very simple. Once the initial connection is made, it just works!

Not huge, but the interface for creating the signatures can be a little clunky and definitely has room for improvement. Being able to free form design them a little better would be nice.

Simplified and unified our email signatures so that everybody doesn't just do their own thing.
