What do you like best?
I used Brackets for a while and didn't like how you couldn't see what your html/JS looked like in real time. CodePen does so excellently, and is very community-driven, making it easy to learn and share code.
What do you dislike?
I sometimes struggle with deciphering the error messages when debugging.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
CodePen is a great place to work out all the kinks of creating scripts before running them live, allowing me to spend a bit more time upfront to save time later.
What do you like best?
I love that it's an open playground where anyone can share their projects. It even allows for React projects and has pre-canned options to pull in libraries like jquery.
What do you dislike?
CodePen has a lot of potential but it feels squandered by their revenue model. They used to allow for external links to resources but have restricted that and require you to purchase a paid plan. This makes CodePen useful for anything requiring any content whatsoever.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reconsider your business model. I used CodePen way more when you allowed for external assets. It's almost useless now.

Mocking up screens or testing out animations or other code. Playing with components.

Simple web developing tool for web developing. We can write CSS with SASS, LESS also in here. Live coding option also best here.

It is an online tool that has support for many CSS preprocessors. You can write css with SASS, LESS and many others. No need to configure a working environment. That makes it great. You can share and create a portfolio of your jobs for future jobs.
