What do you like best?
The ability to customize packages and payment variations.
What do you dislike?
The lack of customization on the client view or member page, booking interface, and inability to create 1 off charge "plans" without the cost defaulting to $0 recurring when viewed on the member login page.... It's confusing.

What do you like best?
We've only had Cobot for a few short months, but the "membership connection" portion and automatic billing have been my favorite parts of Cobot.
What do you dislike?
We haven't really had it long enough to see any really big problems, however I do notice that the calendar operations between Booking and Event's Manager are structured differently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to research all of the features and if you aren't the person deciding whether or not to go with Cobot, be sure to let your concerns be known in terms of how YOU will use it. It has a lot of integrations with other services, but may not use the one you use, or have a functionality that you need. Some of their operations seems to not mesh entirely with some services, so just check for yourself!

Automatic billing, one calendar, membership being able to book their own conference rooms.
What do you like best?
Easy to use, great interface, great customer service
What do you dislike?
I wish the DayPass function was more useful, that external bookings didn't come at an extra cost (and could be integrated onto our website)

We use it to organize our coworking space and conference room booking, it has a great interface and is easy to navigate. I wish it had a few additional features (easier way to book day passes, not have recurring invoices on all plans).
