What do you like best?
It has tons of options and functionality all bundled into a single solution.
What do you dislike?
It would take months or years to implement and it does not cover some of the US requirements around payroll\hr.

Financial management, payroll, hr, job costing and services.
What do you like best?
Houses all documentation that would otherwise be scattered throughout our share drive

Difficult access per the app itself (at least in my experience and doesn't house everything in regards to Safety

Organization is the key thing we're solving, and keeping every member on the project team on the same page
What do you like best?
I like that the software encompasses all parts and items of construction accounting. The software allows you to enter whatever information you'd like and will highlight red if it is incorrect. Other programs will not let you input information due to the settings - but many times there are exceptions!
What do you dislike?
I dislike that quite often I will go through every line item needed and enter a value for the retention for example and when I refresh the page, the values entered do not save and are recalculated to the base 10% and I have to go and re enter the information all over again.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It's a good software that most will be able to catch on with ease. It does have a few glitches that mighht be considered annoying but if you can deal with that, it is okay.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This software streamlines the construction accounting process. It also helps keep you organized and on track with your tasks as it requires one thing to be done in order to complete another.
What do you like best?
The autofill, tracking and document maintenance options are the best features.
What do you dislike?
It can be a little laggy, not update very well and sometimes have problems uploading attachments even when they're small.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This can be a tricky software to learn and pick up but once you get the hang of it, it makes keeping tabs on submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes and everything related to project coordination, documentation extremely easy.

Using it to collaborate with other parties in multi-party projects and that's one of the best features about this. The fact that it auto-populates, manages and tracks all documents.
