What do you like best?
That it is cloud based. I don't have to install anything myself and manage it. They also have a really quick support response time which is always great. And of course the automated test scripts get the job done for what I use them for: High level testing without much programming.
What do you dislike?
It could provide more insights to what went wrong when a testscript fails. It is still a basic testing tool which has some way to go still in terms of offered features and possibilities. You can do a lot with coding yourself, but the selling point is to not need coding as much. But all the basics are there already without coding.

Checking is the most important proces flows on our website still work.

Sometimes the user interface is a little bit clunky to navigate although the functionality is all there.

We use it for automated e2e tests and for load testing and it allows us to test our system reliably.

Easy to use, just record and press play.

Needs to improve on Salesforce but it's getting better and better.

Looking for a tool that is easy to use then CloudQA might be the right tool for you. They also offer a service that basically does all the heavy lifting for you if necessary.

Using the tool to do the basic regression testing of our app which can be very repetitive and now we have CloudQA to take care of that.
