What are the best aspects of this product?
The product provides real time tracking of the website in more professional manner. I like the Heatmap feature because allows me to gain visitor’s data that is filled out on the website. The software offers accurate graphs and bounce rate so you can display real time comparison about visitors’ performances.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software really provides many features and all of these can be difficult to set up. The data that is presented needs too much clicking.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Clicky is great solution for those who want to track their website visitors.

If you are using google analytics, it's not easy to check all the data if you are a beginner. I like clicky as they provide all data including country, company, referral url and keyword easily.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Clicky offers me real time reporting and accurate data. Clicky is strong competitor when it comes to analytics for the website. It is easy to use, you can always check the Analytics data so you can keep track of the progress, discrepancy or some errors. You are even able to provide your own Analytics dashboard for your customers especially if you run an agency. You can use all its features whether paid or free ones.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The search engine cannot find some keywords for impression, like it’s when using Google Webmaster Tools. Also, there are lot of features that you need to pay but the same features you can find in Google Analytics.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can say that clicky fills in the gaps that the Google Analytics leaves behind, they are both great tools.

This is an amazing software and I highly recommend it for anyone that has a eCommerce Wordpress site - easy to use and install. Make sure to take their $14.00 sub and you will get some AMAZING business intelligence that will give you tons of things you can do to improve your site.10/10 - will continue to use these guys in the future for ALL my clients :-)
