As soon as your request gets slightly too difficult for the chat representative they will get back to you with an email. And account managers don't show up to their SCHEDULED conference calls.Very hard to get someone on the phone, even if you spend hundreds of dollars a month with these people. There are no dedicated account managers.Example: I want to know the minute rate for a redirect phone call. Guess what? I have to wait on an email or schedule a call. After scheduling a call the account manager just doesn't show up.

I honestly recommend everyone to avoid this service if possible. There are plenty of over providers out there who provide this same service for a lower price and provide a better quality of service.The main reason why I would not use them though is that their "Pricing" page does not actually tell you about hidden charges. Very misleading. The price may suggestion £2.84 per phone number per month, but actually you will get charged an automatic £20 per month, so £22.84 per month in total instead of the original £2.84 as advertised. Suddenly it is by far one of the most expensive services out there.I have no idea where the other positive reviews came from, I'm not saying anything but my suspicion is definitely there.When speaking to them about these charges, I was redirected to the small print in the T&C's where there was a line which said "You are responsible for reviewing the price schedule from time to time and remaining aware of the prices charged by ClickSend" I found this very laughable, not only the fact that I had to be directed to the T&C's small print to find out their TRUE pricing but also that what they directed me to was essentially a load of garbage as even though it does not even tell you about these additional hidden charges, just that I have to be "aware" I find it hard to be aware of the pricing when you don't tell people about the hidden prices and I can't find information on them or how to be "aware" of them in the first place, you will only find out about these charges when the you wake up check your bank statement and suddenly you have extra funds come out your account which were not originally mentioned and by then it's too late.All in all, just use another company, there are better companies out there which are cheaper and provide a better service.Update: ClickSend have now refunded me the £20 but all in all I still stand by the original review as it is just not worth this whole hassle and I also have to wait up to 14 days for the refund.

Extremely bad service, SMS don't go they freeze account for no reason and arrogant customer service. It's really a shame, for the money we spent

BEWARE BEWARE though this Company has a really great integrated toolset for communicating with your customers unfortunately there are SERIOUS ISSUES with confidentiality. I signed up and I was testing prior to migration of our SMS service from Celerity, there were some issues with the TTS service but that was actually quite an attractive feature for us to implement via the API. I raised those issues and they were partly resolved. However whilst testing TTS I was surprised to receive an email from Alvin saying that my account had been disabled because the message content indicated I was sending personal chat messages. Now we would want to use the service to communicate with patients, and we have onerous legal obligations in respect of patient confidentiality and GDPR. However it seems that ClickSend employees are reading message content. This is a breach of GDPR and the Company is based in Australia so cannot be compliant. So if you are an EU based business STAY AWAY and BEWARE these guys read message content sent through their systems and you could end up in a legal QUAGMIRE by using their service.
