What do you like best?
Program does what it is supposed to do well.

Difficult interface. Not very user friendly. Too much floating windows. You need to move around a lot.

What do you like best?
One can fill out a timesheet quickly as well as the expense sheet. Drop-down lists are useful... if you know what is in them. It is clear to add OT to your timesheet and continue to fill out the timesheet. It is also nice that the program checks itself through spellchecking, saving before moving on, and properly inputting codes and other information.
What do you dislike?
Following the previous comment, you need to know what is inside it. That is something that each company needs to prepare but the program could lead to a simpler setup. There could be more guidance for the company on setting up the program for each user. The labor codes that I am assigned in the beginning do not match what I ultimately use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Proper guidance and tutorials are necessary to get new workers up and running with the program. Intermittent reminders and usage tips will help with this.

One can easily work the program as long as one knows the program. The OT extension, drop-down lists, and expense sheet direct mileage makes time spent on filling out the sheets really quick and easy. Breaking out the

Completing timesheets and expenses is relatively straightforward and has good search function to determine project codes.
What do you dislike?
The software feels dated and can be glitchy at times. On many occasions data would be entered but would not be accepted by the system. The help feature could be improved.

It is excellent software to see trends and history. The company is working to streamline that all expenses go through infocus and receipts are to be uploaded and submitted. We would like to stray away from having physical copies to keep records more easily.
What do you like best?
I like that this product can tell me how many hours I have left for vacation time, sick time, holiday time, etc. as well as telling me how long I've worked on a specific project.
I also use InFocus to submit my time sheet. I can click on a specific box, type in the code, or search for it and easily enter how many hours I have worked on it for.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that InFocus is a little clunky and/or dated. It reminded me of a dial up connection from the past. When I first began using InFocus I was a little unsure of where to go look for what I needed. The short lag time did not help my search! I do not like that you are very limited in what you can do as a regular user/non administrator. It would be nice if they could update the overall look, perhaps make it more sleek, or just improve the time it takes to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Look at other programs that are less dated if you are a high-tech person. It has a short lag time while jumping to different parts of the program as well as being slightly dated. Reminds me of a dial-up connection from the past...

InFocus allows me to bill my time to certain projects, and even categorize certain part of projects. InFocus also allows me to see how my work is billed and what percentage of hours I have worked/have left to work. I am solving how to properly bill time to certain projects.
