I highly recommend any organization seeking to improve their user experience as well as integrate multiple systems, apps, platforms, etc. into a single source solution that feeds required data accordingly from a single entry.

Initially, we only sought to tackle rentals with the Clear Software Solution, which we were able to accomplish with ease. We then began looking into all areas of our business to capitalize on the extensive capabilities Clear offers.

Easy to work with from quote to go-live, good support, system is easy to use, huge user experience and time savings.

We have a rental equipment business with very unique processes and requirements compared to other companies. Clear's ability to streamline the process on one screen was a big win. We eliminated multiple screens, clicks, and custom code.

Not only user friendly, but those who developed this software have also supported the applications in SAP. They know the pain points users faced and made every attempt to address them, simplifying the user navigation and number of steps necessary to complete a task. Ease of use not only day to day operation, but maintaining the application. Clear goes above and beyond giving support if/when needed.

Nothing. I am not an end-user, but have heard no complaints from the end users. Just wish our company would implement the cloud version.

Ease of use. End users are better able to do their jobs with less hand holding. Which requires far less of our time supporting the application. A win on both sides.
