What are the best aspects of this product?
This user-friendly app helps me continue holding online classes despite the lockdown. It has a mobile app which allows my students to attend class even without a laptop.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't like it when it asks me to download and install some updates before I can use it. It sometimes causes my classes to start late.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The virtual classroom (and the screen sharing feature) improves the way I hold online classes.

What are the best aspects of this product?
WebEx is intuitive and easy to use platform. It offers great features like whiteboard, camera, screen share and many other. Wonderful tool for performing and attending meetings. The integration with Outlook is amazing and it allows us to add it to meeting invites quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When logging it can be buggy, especially when we want to enter the call via mobile device. Also, I don’t like the beep sound when someone joins the meeting/call.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to improve the collaboration and team meetings, we are on same call and we can see each other. It helps us to overcome the lack of meeting rooms, it helps us to be more productive and to perform the meeting on the go whether we are in the same building or at home or even on a trip. We can quickly dial into the meeting and attend it.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Me and my classmates in the university use this for group meetings and online presentations. It's really helpful especially to students who cannot attend class. It allows file sharing, live streaming, and screen sharing. It's really easy to use and installing it is as simple as 1-2-3.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
All my expectations are met.

Since our classes were stopped due to COVID-19, I use this app to communicate with classmates and continue learning.

This is by far the best program for virtual meetings! It's incomparable. It's accessible through any device.

This app is perfect.

Cisco WebEx is an essential when it comes to remote meetings. Even users who don't have WebEx software can join through its web app.
