What are the best aspects of this product?

I really love the app and if you'd let me go and on and on, you'd have to read a very long list. So I'll make it short by only talking about the top features for me. The first thing that I love about ChurchSuite is that it helps lay leaders like me manage contacts and even schedule events. I can do it any device from PC, Android, iPad, iPhone and whatever you have. It makes everything easy. Second, there are different modules for different roles. For example, if you are a leader you get ChurchSuite. If you are an attendee, you get My Churchsuite. This gives users access to directory functions. They can access their small groups from there. They could also give online. We can also manage our volunteers from the platform. The new member orientation module Connect is also very useful. Third, I love how many features can be included on your church website. Like if you have a small group event or a big church event, you can add that straight to your site together with a description and even a picture. This allows you to update your website weekly. Otherwise, it would be boring. Fourth, the report generation feature is useful. You can just pull up the latest information that you need. Fifth, the customer service is awesome. For one, the software has automatic updates so we don't need to bother with its maintenance. It also keeps syncing everything in real-time even though you have multiple users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have anything the software really. It's a complete package and helps our ministry a lot. If I am forced to identify a single flaw, it would be the attendance module. It is one of the less developed ones in the suite. The focus on small groups is probably its greatest gem. No complaints from me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it for administrative purposes but anyone that is part of the church can really access it. We use it for directory management and communications. We keep our members engaged using the software. It is wonderful.
