What do you like best?
web-based. You can get through notes fairly quickly, pre-loaded templates are useful
What do you dislike?
it's slow on some browsers. I can't stand the lack of customizing available. The muscles aren't always organized in logical ways in the SOAP portion. I also don't like that you have to pay for any type of tech support.

having web-based software was a big bonus for me. The problem it solves is really just to have electronic medical records.

The amount that this service can offer. For a busy practice it is something that takes a lot of admin out and puts everything in one place

Maybe a little expensive for the likes of me who has a business in its infancy

In the environment that I have experienced it has put everything in one place, it eliminates time spent on admin and has allowed focus on more of the actual chiropractic treatments
What do you like best?
I love how easy it is to have a thorough note at the end of a visit. The completed notes can be downloaded as a PDF for authorization submissions.
What do you dislike?
The selection menus are time consuming. Searching for a specific technique or orthopedic test can take time as they are by region. The pop up box for listing is mandatory to click in order to continue selecting listings. If you rarely change what you treat each visit, this platform works; otherwise changing notes for each visit is cumbersome.

The integrated diagnosis codes are searchable and make the assessment part of a SOAP note more accessible.
What do you like best?
This software can be essential to any office ! It can also save you money and increase revenue from no show patients. The user interface is very easy to use and the status of the patient and the demographics are all very well structured.

There is nothing to dislike ! This software makes any office run better.

Organizing patient history, while increasing office visit productivity. Accurate and well kept records are very important !!
What do you like best?
It’s easy to use, you can log in everywhere and make appointments everywhere all day. Even when I’m at the beach talking to someone who might be interested to come over for a check up.

It works better on real computers than on my smartphone. It would be great if the hand held site would be as good as the original site

I’m more professional in making appointments for my clients. They get a reminder and I almost don’t have any no shows anymore. It’s a big help, in this way I can keep focusing on the things I like.
