The best thing about is that you can track the number of visitors coming on your website in addition to talking to them. The interface is fantastic and it has so many useful options to improve your productivity. Install was a breeze and so the usage part.
What do you dislike?
Nothing major to dislike here, but it doesn't respond sometimes when you have heavy traffic on your website.
Apart from that lack of mobile application is a big disadvantage.

chatnox helps alot to talk to client on a live session, if you are a website owner. it is very easy to integrate this with the website. chatnx live chat offers a plugin into the wordpress cms so you can use this easily with the wordpess website. it has got easy to use dashboard, so you can see all the records, live sessions, chat history, number of visitors, session timmings and very much more. chat nox has got great features and easy to use user interface.

still it needs some more features and advancements. customer care is ok ok but not great. still they should consider some improvements and their customer care service. i hope they will consider this soon.

The brand is the best value for money you have seen, which is easy to use and has been a long time since others change a lot of money, and what I like most about this excellent product is that it allows me to see who is on your website, send direct constructive messages and talk to the visitors of the page in order to turn internet users into satisfied customers.

Very poor support that are not online and that does not respond to your messages. When you give a message you can get an email confirmation and that's it, not answering emails or text messages I mean it is absolute silence.
