What do you like best?
Chatmeter had great reporting functions that were very easy to export

It was not the right fit from a reputation tool stand point. We had to go back and forth with the company many times

It has reporting functions that allow you to very easily send pdfs to clients.
What do you like best?
The ability to manage multiple platforms at one time
What do you dislike?
It is hard to have multiple listings on multiple platforms and keep them correctly updated with changes to only one area or region. Occasionally, we've noticed that chatmeter will revert things back to previous periods when it shouldn't. We've also seen local map pack issues with Chatmeter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you don't add anything on during your contract. They will extend out the contract another full year with any editions

There is nothing I dislike, I just do not have much time to use most of it.

Just saving time by responding to responses on multiple platforms from one site.
What do you like best?
The chatmeter platform does a lot of things, but they are not all clear to set up or customize. Their account managers were always nice, but often didnt have much experience using the product.
What do you dislike?
Their turnaround time to do anything for the clients was over 2 weeks. They'd ask us to do set up for them which we wouldnt be getting paid for. Also getting a refund for one client took at least 3 months. The reason for the refund was that it wouldnt do something they had promised it would in the sales pitch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before using any new platform I would write down your processes all the way to reporting and analyzing so you can make sure you don't end up missing information ,functions, or having it be more difficult to manage than what you have.

Platforms like this are extremely useful for SEO, chatmeter just has some growing pains right now. I've seen that they made some recent improvements in reporting but since we arent using them as of a few months ago, I havent seen them myself.
What do you like best?
It is a good prorgram for managing your online reviews and content. Easy to use. Pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike?
Not very versatile. I was under the impression it could help with additional features but it is mostly a 1-trick pony.

Know what it is good for - managing your online reviews. It's good for that but there may be other options available too.
