What do you like best?
Lots of features, lots of configurability
What do you dislike?
The customer support is non-existent. You have to sign up for a free trial with a credit card, when I cancelled the account after a week and a half my account went to "Cancellation Started" status but I was still charged 2 days later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out other options, make sure you're ok with the way Chameleon supports users. Enterprise level deals probably get better treatment.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The software provides an easy way to go over the top of your web application to provide messages and modals to guide users through tutorials or product updates.
What do you like best?
Constantly adding functionality. Good support
What do you dislike?
Very slow UI. it takes very long to perform basic tasks.
Multi-language support (last checked Nov 2019) Is totally missing, VERY hard to manage that side.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
getting user feedback. Inline help. CSAT / NPS - once set up - quite OK.
What do you like best?
How its editor integrates into a page, does not need additional installation.
What do you dislike?
But having editor as integrated part of the page you are building on might causing the service to be slow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a more affordable basic solution then this is a good call, but if you really need something more capable there are other solutions out there (with a price).

Super helpful when working with multiple remote team members.
What do you dislike?
Better UI for new users. It currently looks clunky. It was a bit difficult for us to understand at the beginning because none of us had ever worked with the product before.

Make sure someone has used it before or is willing to put in the effort to learn a new product and train other users before scaling to larger teams.

Able to hire more remote team members. We are able to work with multiple users across different timezones to better work directly with our clients.
What do you like best?
No need of intensive coding and testing is required to use chameleon, instead using tooltips and embedding them in your products old way. Like the way chameleon works without need of intensive coding.
What do you dislike?
Certain type of media I was looking to embed in my guidance was not supported. it was a raw video file and big in size so probably that's the reason, but nevertheless I had to compress it to make it work.

Ease of use and need to not worry about coding/testing.

designing guidance for our products , that would make navigation easy for end user. Overall we loved Chameleon's ease of use.
