What are the best aspects of this product?

Through Cerner, data is much more concise and passing information within one unit in our company to the next is a lot easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that they would create a cloud-based version of this tool. There are times when I need to be out in the field and it can be quite hard to operate our programs without the data that we have up on Cerner.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to keep track of our customers’ information as well as the history of their treatments with us.

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a number of things that I like about Cerner, actually. At the core of it all, I love how user-friendly it is. I can quickly tap into previously saved templates to make me more efficient. There’s a pretty solid QA feature in place too, eliminating the occasional typo and wrong spelling.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You’d have to be constantly vigilant in saving all of your documents when you work with Cerner because it does not have an auto-save feature that we have all become dependent on. Plus, somehow, the program does not allow me to edit existing outputs very easily. There’s no work-around to this issue as far as I can tell.

I use this to retrieve client data in a very efficient manner.

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are actually a number of things that I like about this program. For one, it allows me to create easily understandable and data-packed graphs at an impressive speed. It’s nice to be able to customize the cells to aid in better understanding of the data. It encourages collaboration too. Cerner really allocates space for comments and suggestions in the outputs so that my co-workers and bosses can add notes if they feel like a section can still be improved.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if Cerner would develop a feature that allows its users to control the specific section that can be printed out, without having to print the whole chart/graph. This is, of course, just a small issue compared to the benefits that Cerner has given me and my team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like how this tool allows each user to set their preferences based on the role that they play in the whole work process. Overall, this program has made our work much more efficient and our outputs better presented.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about Cerner is that it makes content creation very simple and straightforward. I never run out of options whenever I use this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, it can get too simple--maybe even redundant in some areas. I’ve noticed that there are duplicates to some of my data. There is one particular feature, Med Recs, that I don’t completely understand.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’ve been using this to make my data more digestible by converting it into graphs.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about Cerner is its accessibility. I can easily tap into this resource even when I’m not in the office. I like how it presents data too--straightforward and simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can’t really open different folders at the same time because the system has a tendency to freeze.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cerner has definitely been useful in letting us store and retrieve information about our patients. We use it on-the-go often and we love how accessible it is.
