CereHome caters to the needs of all types of home service businesses- big or small. It has four role-based apps- the admin app, service provider app, service agent app, and customer app. Different apps ensure every role has a dedicated app, and they can work without any confusion. The admin can manage all users and get detailed reports and stats, enabling him to know the most opted services, top vendors of the month, top users, revenue generated, and so on.

The service providers can list their services with ease on the app; they can manage orders, staff, refund, ads, etc., and track their agents.

The service agent can accept or reject a service request; he can view his wallet to track his earnings, view the service details. The route navigation feature of the app helps the service agent to find the shortest and the most efficient route to the location of the customer. In addition to that, the service agent can also update the service status as completed or pending.

The customer is provided the ease to search for services quickly with the advanced search filter. The customer can schedule the delivery on his preferred date and time.
