This website is SO confusing. I don't recommend it.
The program is fine, but I cancelled my subscription before the end of the month, yet my credit card was charged again! Plus customer service moves at the speed of snails. I asked questions that were answered in 3 weeks.
I thought that Cedreo was great because it gives you all these materials, and you can move around easily. When I started it, I thought it was so fun and really helped me feel like an architect.
How can I export the 2D floor plan in Cedreo free trial? I badly want to render an HD 2-dimensional floor plan, too.
First the software... Intuitive, a great interface and hundreds of possibilities. Flexible, precise and detailed. Customizable and limitless; you imagine it and Cedreo can render it.Now the support I recieved: I emailed a question which was responded to within the day. After a few more email exchanges the Cedreo rep and I spent two hours on the phone, during which I recieved his undivided attention, his patience and quite a lot more information than I originally requested. Truly the best product support in my 30 years as a computer user.
