What are the best aspects of this product?
CartHook is useful in helping us sell more items through upselling. It does a great job of offering people more items to purchase before checking out. I see an increase in our sales that don't require us to exert so much effort into selling them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The cost of acquiring CartHook may be an issue for new business owners. The price is quite steep, so I'm hoping that they can do something about it so more people could afford to use it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It works perfectly for an online shopping business. You can upsell slow moving items easily and take this opportunity to earn more money.
