UPDATE: We have been able to resolve the issue internally. I did receive a direct message from the CEO as well. - Our agency has been trying to reach the support team for weeks with ZERO response. There is no phone # on file and starting to question the legitimacy of this platform.

I really love Captivate and its tools, however I think that you guys should invest in resources to add advertising on podcasts hosted by Captivate and integration with Chartable or others players that offer attributions metrics. These services are very important to my business, not only as a production company but also as a podcast network. Best Riza

All is well. We've just been finding that we need more research time than we had first anticipated, thus the time between posted Pod Casts. We've got another podcast completed. We are just reviewing it to make sure it is communicating what we want to communicate.

Great Service, especially for a new podcaster. The site provides you with a lot of services you’d have to pay extra for on other hosting platforms. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the UI can be a little wonky in spots but it’s mostly well organized!
