What are the best aspects of this product?
It's more organized and intuitive compared to its competitors like Rent Cafe. The interface is very user-friendly so we never had problems navigating the platform. In terms of functionalities, I specifically like the ability to easily send group emails. No need to shuffle through the clunky address book of Outlook.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing. In fact, this solution got what other commonly used software like Rent Cafe and MS Outlook lack. So for me, it's generally a great tool.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has improved our communication. We are now able to communicate with on-site staff, property managers, conceirge, and even residents effectively and easily. Aside from that, it's easy to keep everyone updated. It allows me to post important announcements on bulletin boards with ease. Overall, BuildingLink is an amazing tool.

What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like about BuildingLink is the ease of navigation. Any new user can easily learn the tool. This is also a complete package. It allows me to manage everything the residents need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think what I least like about it is the shortcut menu, it can do so much better if they will improve it. A reminder feature will also be a great help if added.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The security of our data and the needs of the residents addressed in one system is what we solved by using BuildingLink.

This product is simple and user-friendly so I can honestly say there is nothing to dislike about it.

It helps us in assisting customers regarding their packages. We can easily monitor their requests and inquiry.
