What do you like best?
I can connect to conduct meetings in an excellent and clear way, without any interruption. It works very well for me and the team, allowing us to keep in touch at all times and even more so when we are in pandemic time. It has special features that make it unique and position it in one of the most useful conferencing softwares on the market.
* Easy to include information in Google meetings
* Its interface is really simple and easy to use.
* The learning curve is very short thanks to the BJ app interface.
* It is very easy to share the BJ link to join the video conference.
* Screen sharing quality is excellent.
* Nice audio quality.
What do you dislike?
* The way video calls are displayed when there are many people. It is restricted to 9 members. If we want to conduct call with 100+, we can't see all the peoples videos.
* Noise cancellation feature is missing.
* Mobile app features are limited
* Unable to control the remote machine.

* Virtual Team meetings are so effective.
* As it has mobile application, more flexible while connecting meetings from anywhere.
* Our entire team get together. Now a days we are conducting virtual parties.
* Screen share when ever it is required.
* I am able to meet my friends virtually.
* I am using mobile application, it is user friendly and easy to access all the features whatever it has.
* Easy to schedule a meeting.
* I like the e-mail integration feature.
What do you like best?
Good quality and interruption less conferencing tool. Also new features like blur background, changing background Image which is awsome. Because of new features, I started using BJ again and enjoying time with BJ. I would like to see more features like Zoom in bluejeans in future updates. I feel safe to use this app always and that's why while video calling, I usually share my all details without any hesitation.
What do you dislike?
You improved whatever I asked in my last feedback so really happy for the service. No dislikes, it was before some months where I found some issues like lagging and no backgorund and etc stuff, but now after your updates bluejeans app, I'm quite happy to use this version. I became a star because of my virtual backgrounds and thanks to you BJ team to always improve your customer experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always use BJ to keep doing FUN during our meetings. Use background change option .

Our team easily connect and share their stuff by using BJ app. Also, screenshare and in built plug ins for the board sharing are very good. there are no more disadvantages as per now because you already improved it and happy to see enw update in future. Good quality and interruption less conferencing tool. Also new features like blur background, changing background Image which is awesome. Because of new features, I started using BJ again and enjoying time with BJ. I would like to see more features like Zoom in bluejeans in future updates. En ocasiones tiene un retraso de tiempo en el momento de compartir las pantallas y esto causa un leve momento de lentitud en nuestras videollamadas.

En estos tiempos tan orribles que estamos viviendo por causa de una pandemia mundial debo estar constantemente utilizando esta herramienta para poder conectar con el equipo de trabajo y ejecutar ordenes y programar reuniones que ayudan a mejorar a la empresa de esta manera cumplimos nuestra cuarentena y mantenemos el distanciamiento social.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The sound is very clear! I love it. By far BlueJeans has the best quality of sound among other video conferencing platforms I have used such as Zoom.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In order to get into a conference, I have to dial so many numbers. But no matter how much I hate it, I know there's nothing we can do about it. It is just part of the process. But still, I consider it a con.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has helped us communicate and connect with the vendors and our team members working in the different parts of the United States. Half of our team is in Cincinnati and the other half is in SF. With BlueJeans, everyone is able to connect with each other seamlessly. Whenever we conduct a meeting, we always feel like we're just in the same room even if we're actually miles away from each other.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I am working as an accounting manager and part of my job is to coordinate with the people in the government to pay for and settle our business taxes. BlueJeans has been very helpful in reaching out to the officials and have meetings with them.
Generally, the company is using this tool for interviews, official meetings, training sessions, and many more and overall its performance is pretty impressive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A moderator is needed to be able to start a conference. Other than that, everything is working fine for us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can view the interviews we did in the past, thanks to the video recording feature of this tool. Through the years, we already had a lot of interviews and it is impossible to remember the content of each and every interview. With the recording feature, we are able to record everything so we have a reference when the need arises.
