What do you like best?
The promise of better reporting. Haven't had success with bizible, unfortunately.
What do you dislike?
Support has been horrible. Requires hours and hours of configuration just to get even close to getting anything useful.
Their system can't process data quickly.
ROI reporting requires ongoing manual uploads into bizible.

Make sure you have a large, decidated team, with lots of time to try to make it work. Good luck.

Early on that journey, but we have full visibility on all our Marketing touch points
What do you like best?
Automates attribution in salesforce for marketing activities. Helps with the manual effort of tying marketing attribution & web analytics with CRM data.
What do you dislike?
Out-of-the-box attribution modeling isn't as helpful as custom, (which is expensive). You can recreate a lot of the tracking for free in other systems but it would have a large operational cost/time investment.

Attributing our sales so we cam optimize our marketing efforts.

In addition to a fairly easy to use product, we could not be more happy with the amazing customer service we have received. As newer members to the team, we inherited an existing deployment of Bizible that may not have been ideal, but our rep, Pierre has been amazing helping with getting us up-to-speed. He's even spent more time teaching us Salesforce reporting then Bizible itself. Could not be happier.
What do you dislike?
It would be nice to have some additional reporting within Bizible, so you don't have to depend so much on SFDC, especially for those of us less familiar with it.

Bizible is helping us understand which of our marketing channels are driving downstream revenue by attributing to various touchpoints across the buyer's journey.
What do you like best?
Simple - since we've been a Bizible customer the last several years, once we upgraded to the Touchpoints platform, we had all our historical data imported as touchpoints, allowing us to immediately perform analysis on where marketing engagements were coming from. Tie this into lead / contact matching with accounts, we were able to use Bizible to have visibility into the execution of our ABM strategy.
What do you dislike?
Touchpoints and Bizible Persons are not by default linked to lead and contact records. Unfortunately when multiple people fill out a lead form generically like "1@1.com", and should we have a number of leads and contacts with that email address, it will create multiple touchpoints for each person and can greatly overstate the number of actual interactions driven. Because the Bizible persons are not naturally attached to leads and contacts, challenging to pull all relevant lead and contact details (such as title) into reporting with the Bizible touchpoints.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Allows us to have visibility into where marketing interactions are coming form and understanding which sources, vendors, campaigns, etc. are having the greatest penetration into the accounts we are looking to break into. We are therefore more able to perform the calculations on ROI to figure out what specific vendors are influencing our opportunities.
