What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that for a free version, the tool is reliable and I can model BPM using good notation easily.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The flow of the UI could be a lot more graceful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to model work processes for free, which does the same thing as a pro tool.

I like that it's so easy to set up and use the new workflow, so that's helpful to me.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would help even better if we are able to easily identify tools to resolve issues on more complex business workflows.

We're able to improve workflows. Also, we're using a billing and payments platform.

I like that it's easy to use and comprehensive. It's also encouraging to learn because of the materials made available.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be even better if the online support and e-learning tools can be further improved.

We're able to solve HR issues including procurement and admin work because of the automation and process model visualization.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like Bizagi's UI because it's simple and adaptable. It's also easy to install and very user-friendly. If I don't know how to do something, there are also helpful courses available on using the tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Maybe just niggly adjustments, like arrows staying straight, and simulators improving could do the trick.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to illustrate the work process of clients helps me understand their issues a lot more and I am able to come up with a better design solution.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Bizagi is easy to use. I'm able to visualize workflows and verify process outcomes because it can show how it calculated every outcome of possible results -- including pros and cons as additional insight.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Bizagi would be even better when their UI and design are updated with more colors to help visualize work processes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're now able to visualize processes, regardless of complexity. We weren't able to do this before. There's a lot of opportunities that will definitely improve our quality of work.
