What are the best aspects of this product?
They’ve just begun, and they’re already taking the wheel! There is an amazing drag-and-drop email template, especially for beginners learning to create beautiful and functional emails. I like the simplicity of involving contacts, either by tagging or sorting those you want to be in your campaign. To make things even better, there is a Partner Success Manager that takes no more than an hour to solve problems or to give explanations. No headaches at all, for real!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It’s more of a bonus what I want them to do for us. Better customization of emails won’t hurt, and neither will fix glitches in the drag-and-drop templates. As an optimist, I believe this is just a matter of time, and that we’ll be able to see improvements very soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Hatchbuck helps us deliver emails on our clients’ behalf, and to track their email statistics almost effortlessly. Clients seem satisfied while tracking deals, and we got an eye on the most active among them (not just on emails, but also forms and web pages).

What are the best aspects of this product?
The UI is fair, even if it takes a while to master the tagginng curve (speaking from the perspective of a developer who used to query his data directly). I was a hard-working learner, but I don't think it could be a problem for anybody. It's easy and flexible, heaped with information. Fast too!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would improve the management on company level, but I think they're going to solve this in a while. There is also an annoying 'pending time' between submiting a report and receiving a confirmation (especially when there are many customers involved), but it's just another display bug you can tolerate for the sake of quality.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted this software because we couldn’t estimate the effect of prospect on our efforts. The picture is pitch-perfect now: we get notified when emails are opened, we know who is following our links, and we reply accurately and on time.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I realized that I have been spending way too much money on monthly subscriptions of different business platforms; still, I’m not getting my desired results. Someone told me to check out a CRM product named Hatchbuck and see if I’m going to like it or not. I tried using the platform at no cost. I realized that it does a fantastic job in terms of 3rd party apps integration, especially with our social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The e-mail templates make our job more comfortable, especially when sending automatic responses to bulk mails. Hatchbuck helps us improve our line of communication with the customers (both old and new) by keeping them updated with what’s going on with our company. Also, I appreciate the presence of pop-up ads because it plays a massive role in helping us identify what our customers would like us to offer them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have some issues in terms of using the email and report filters because I'm having a hard time getting the data that I needed. I would need to reach out to customer service to help me with these things.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Aside from customer retention, one of our biggest challenges before is how to get new clients to notice our company. That is pretty tough considering that the competition is quite steep. Hatchbuck provided us with an overall solution to our problems by helping our sales and marketing teams work better by encouraging them to collaborate as often as they can. We were able to come up with better business ideas and get real-time reporting updates which are essential to our decision making. Lastly, the app itself is straightforward to manage because it comes with user-friendly features that help employees become more productive and creative at the same time.

What are the best aspects of this product?
We use Hatchback to help our clients promote their goods and services. I can say that this software is so flexible because it allows us to create customized templates that we can send to our clients. You don’t need to be a coding expert to be able to use Hatchbuck effectively.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Generating online reports is not that easy because it's not automated. You need to download the report and export it on a separate excel sheet so you can view all the details.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows me to create different email distro list for my clients depending on their current interests and profile. It means that I can send a variety of marketing stuff and product offers that would meet the needs and wants of my customers.

What are the best aspects of this product?
BenchmarkONE is relatively easy to use marketing app. I do not have to create a separate email address for sending bulk emails to my clients because I can link my existing g-mail account to the platform. Also, I do not have to worry about updating my contact lists because BenchmarkONE does it automatically.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think that they should consider adding more specific features that can integrate into the existing email. They could probably add a portion wherein we could offer exclusive deals to every client, which can help us market our products more effectively.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was thinking of ways to enhance our relationship with our existing clients and how to attract new ones as well. BenmarkOne has helped me improve my overall relationship with my clients; that is why I am delighted with the results that I’m getting.
