What do you like best?
The ease of designing, very user friendly and the format is quite inspirational in a creative way.
What do you dislike?
Just about every feature I'd like to try requires to be a BeFunky Plus account. I do not want to pay, as most my age do not. Also, being asked to "upgrade" so that I don't see ads is super annoying.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Getting new design ideas.

The tutorials are also not clear and the help desk is the worst of its kind. You ask any question their reply is same. They have few snippets where they copy and paste.
What do you dislike?
Tutorials are not good
Help desk is poor

2)Respond to queries in giving real answers (Dont copy and paste the answers)

Time waste
Unethical company which misleads then refuses refunds.
Seems like a very clever scam as they charge £5.99 because you didn't cancel a subscription that you are unaware of having in the first place. When you question them about it, you get the terms and conditions script and not much else. I have no use or interest in their services but, still got charged for something I didn't know I had! Tread very carefully.
This app is buggy as hell.Spent hours editing photos for my print on demand business and the work didn't save.Hundreds of orders backed up that day causing complaints and all nighters to catch up.
