What do you like best?
Nothing. Only the marketing hype. They have really good marketing and promotional content and no one can really complain about that. They do a good job of sharing all sorts of videos on the home page and online.
What do you dislike?
Everything about this company is just total hype and they totally don't live up to their end of the bargain. I had a terrible experience with them as they refuse to be flexible at all with you if you ever have any kind of issues with your plan.
All my friends that have actually used it tell me that its pretty confusing and the video quality really stinks.
I never got to actually use my account, as I was forced to redeem my access right away, but I was not able to use it for a while. Then I lost access to my facebook for NO REASON or fault of my own. I am the original owner and I can prove this and even have my receipt, same name, all proof needed- but I no longer have access to the old account. And they refuse to give me back access to the product thatI have paid for. Totally non-flexible at all and I followed all the deal terms.
I would stay away from these guys and find another company to support since if anything happens to you, you would be right back in my place one day.

nothing. they caused the problem with their terrible service and poor quality.
What do you like best?
In the beginning, it had a lot of potentials but when we tried to do a FB connecting people it was a disaster.
What do you dislike?
That the platform was frozen during the FB live multiple times. Also, people cannot hear each other. Lastly, bringing additional resources like video o gfx was impossible. Also, I got the membership for the year and they do not want to refund my money. That's very bad customer service.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to interact with audiences. I love the ease of being able to display comments from viewers on screen. I love being able to have multiple guest.
What do you dislike?
I HATE the constant freezing, buffering and lately getting kicked off screen. And even worse- the tech support. I'm over it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I thought I was adding some great creativity to my broadcast until the unresolved issues started.
I have used your system for nearly two months...only three were without flaw. Main issues:-streaming blue screen to FB and YOUTUBE. Never explained why-Be.Live connect to external mics and even shows on the screen connected to external mics BUT USE THE COMPUTER MIC!!!! I have no way to know this or fix it during broadcast-Constant messages saying FB not available or YOUTUBE not allowing. Your company allowed for me to have a month free but I have never got any answers to why those things keep happening.
What do you like best?
To begin with the customer service and pricing structure is the best. Platform is great, very branding focused and easy to use. New version is taking a bit leap. It is a bit of learning curve but still in the right direction. Very approachable management and down-to-earth team. It does make the entire experience fantastic.
What do you dislike?
I would not say dislike, but would like Belive to focus on is making sure the quality of broadcast is same and consistent no matter where the subscriber/broadcaster is in the world and even on lower resources. Overall amazing direction and team, just need video quality to be more consistent globally as a large percentage of broadcasters are outside the US/Canada.

Reaching out the niche and direct involvement that too in personalized branding. Belive has really thought this through and is very proactive.
