What do you like best?
Automat is our global vendor managing the launch of Chatbot for the international markets. I like the project management and timely response in terms of communication.
What do you dislike?
The company is based in Canada. I had concern of the project management and support in terms of trouble shooting for technical issues as they are different time zone. However the project has been well managed. I hope the they can still do the good job in terms of maintenance or support for the marketing activation in the future.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have only recently launched the Chatbots. We want to partner with Automat how to better leverage the chatbot to have business impact to our business.
What do you like best?
The quick response of our project manager, Carah Campbell, and her eagerness to improve our Chatbot post launch.
What do you dislike?
There were breakdowns in communication, specifically regarding costs for certain updates.

How to integrate post-purchase customer experience into the flow. Still in process, so no benefits realized as of yet.
What do you like best?
Automat is a strategic partner to us thanks to their industry expertise and ability integrate with our tech stack. They are adaptable, friendly and understand our 3-year vision for the chatbot we are developing now. I recommend them.
What do you dislike?
Automat did not provide the UX/UI design support we need to launch our chatbot. That said we have internal resources and did not expect Automat to help in that area of our project. The biggest drawback has been that Automat is still working on a product feed, which is important to us because we have a portfolio of 100+ products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is not specific to Automat. The more direction you have and the more you understand your needs, the better off you will be before deciding to partner with Automat or any other vendor. Our needs matched Automat's capabilities, so our partnership has been very positive so far.

Automat is helping us create a chatbot that will drive incremental sales through conversational commerce and streamline customer service.
What do you like best?
With Automat we were able to turn a normally flat user experience into something more engaging to the end consumer and gathering data on how we can better serve our customers.
What do you dislike?
The time was long to get this up and running and lot of back and forth - but truthfully that comes with any new partnership and development.

Solving for customers asking what types of products are best for them through customer service outreach when they can chat with the bot and get their answers they need almost immediately.
