Software is absolute trash. I set my break even and my profit as follows 20%/20% and the software ended like half of my listings because it thinks that they are out of stock, set the price to some items very low and for other items set the price very high. As I said this software is absolute trash. I was subscribed for this software a long time ago and left because of this. After a long brake I decided to give it a chance again with the hope they fixed it. My biggest mistake. Never ever again for me. I am highly disappointed of the support as well. When I wanted to subscribe they answered very fast, I asked them for discount and the gave me a discount. Once I subscribed they started answering very slow. And on top of that I used their product for 2-3 days and after those 2-3 days I asked for a refund because the software is absolute trash and it doesn't do what they claim to do. I was waiting for answer like 2 days and in the end they said that refund is only possible 24 hours within purchase. As I said the SOFTWARE - ABSOLUTE TRASH, SUPPORT - NOT PROFESSIONAL and in the end I feel like I am robbed. I paid like $40 for two days of this trash. It is a absolute never ever again for me. Don't trust them they just want to get your money.
